J.J. Alvarez

J.J. Alvarez brings seasoned insurance experience to our operations. He joined the company in 2017 as Underwriting Manager after holding various positions with Zurich Insurance Company and J.J. Alvarez & Associates. In January 2020, he served as Director of Underwriting, and in December 2022, was named National Underwriting Specialist.

J.J. understands the importance of the horticultural industry and how it helps improve the lives of people through nature and beauty. He holds an MBA in finance from St. John’s University.
