Congratulations to Quality Greenhouses for Operation of the Year

July 24, 2022 – Hortica, a brand of Sentry Insurance Group, congratulates customer, Quality Greenhouses, for receiving Operation of the Year.

The award was part of Greenhouse Grower’s Evening of Excellence reception, held during Cultivate’23 in Columbus, Ohio.

Operation of the Year is awarded annually to a greenhouse business that exhibits excellence in all facets of its operation. Nominees demonstrate the following qualities:

• Modern, high-quality production practices

• Innovative marketing

• Strong customer service

• Technology adoption

• Community and industry leadership

Quality Greenhouses distinguished itself as a “one-stop shop” for garden centers. Their growers—who are self-declared “plant geeks”—have the freedom to experiment with new crops, which led to several new introductions. Almost half of Quality Greenhouses’ full-time employees have been with the company for more than 10 years.

Quality Greenhouses is a wholesale grower located in Dillsburg, PA. Quality Greenhouses offer a wide range of annuals, perennials, shrubs, succulents, veggies, herbs, and foliage plants to independent garden centers and nurseries. Their goal is to provide products with a level of service that exceeds industry standards.
